Appointment and Walk-In Policies for TutorTrac and UWC
TutorTrac FAQ
KnightOWL Policies & Tips:
- When scheduling KnightOWL consultations in TutorTrac, look for the appropriate "Center."
- E-mail your paper
to us as soon as possible. Technical difficulties may occur
that are outside of our control. E-mailing your paper in advance may help prevent unforseen technological glitches.
Policies for face-to-face consultations also apply.
- Put your last name, appointment date, and appointment time in the subject line when you e-mail your paper to us.
- KnightOWL consultations are held on the phone or online, never in the UWC.
- If you are more than five minutes late for any reason, we reserve the right to give your appointment to a client who has been waiting as a walk-in.
- We do not accept group consultations in KnightOWL. You must visit the UWC in person for a group consultation.
- If you need a copy of your RoC, remind the consultant. We can e-mail a copy to you or you can pick up a copy here at the UWC.
- Online and phone consultations may be more time consuming than f2f consultations. For longer papers, please schedule one hour whenever possible.
- We reserve the right to deny "walk-in" KnightOWL appointments. These are only offered at the discretion of UWC Administrators.
