Locate the UWC on the Daytona Beach Campus

  

The UCF Writing Center at Daytona Beach is the newest member of the University Writing Center (UWC) family. The UWC is a free writing support service offered to the entire UCF community. Our peer consultants work one-on-one with graduate and undergraduate students on writing projects in and out of the classroom. Bring us your ideas for a research paper, or bring us your dissertation ready for polishing. We work with students, faculty, and staff in all disciplines, at all writing levels, and at all stage of the writing process. You tell us your needs.

Make an appointment, or stop in to DB 140-102 during our summer hours:

       Wednesday 12:30-5:30

Enter your NID and password. Then,

Hover over GO TO . . .

Select MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

Select CENTER (e.g. Daytona_Beach_Undergraduate).

Select date range in AVAILABLE FROM

It's best to select no more criteria than this. DO NOT select your course in LOOK FOR TUTORS.

Click SEARCH.

Scroll down and click on your desired time frame

Select the time and duration of your appointment

Click SAVE

  If you can't find a consultant during our scheduled hours, call us and we might be able to help
  You may also drop in without an appointment

Or call us at 386-506-4025. If we don't pick up the phone during our scheduled hours, we are probably working with another student. We'll call you back shortly, or just drop in!
